How do I know my ring size?
We recommend measuring your finger circumference in millimetres using a thin strip of paper or a flexible tape measure. Most of our rings are available in sizes 50–60mm. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Write to us and we can advise for each specific piece.
What materials do you use?
All Magmei pieces are made in 925 sterling silver, with select styles in 18k gold plating or solid 9ct/18ct gold. We work exclusively with natural gemstones — no synthetics. Our packaging is designed to be reused or composted.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store each piece in its pouch when not worn. Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen, chlorine and seawater. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Silver pieces may patinate naturally over time — this is not a defect but a sign of real metal. We offer a free cleaning service by post.
Can I have a piece personalised or engraved?
Select pieces can be engraved on request. Write to us at hello@magmei.com with your request and we will confirm availability and lead time.
How do I place an order?
Magmei currently operates by inquiry. Browse the site, identify what you would like, and write to us at hello@magmei.com or via the contact page. We will confirm availability, your size, and arrange payment and delivery.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Magmei piece is gift-ready as standard — wrapped in tissue in our signature pouch, placed in a branded box. If you would like to add a handwritten note, mention it in your message and we will include it.
