Exchanges & Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Use the online withdrawal function, identify the relevant order and items, then confirm your request. You will receive an acknowledgment by email. After notification, the items must be sent back within 14 days. Exchange requests follow the same process and are subject to availability of the requested item; if an exchange cannot be confirmed, the return is processed as a refund.

For a simple change of mind, the first return for each order is complimentary in metropolitan France using the label provided by Magmei. In other European Union countries and other served destinations, customers are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. If an item is damaged on delivery, incorrect or confirmed as non-conforming, Magmei covers the necessary return and redelivery costs in every served destination.

Return the jewellery suitably packaged, together with its accessories, certificates and any gifts where possible. It may be inspected as it would be in a shop, but any depreciation caused by prolonged wear, scratches, deformation, impact, alteration or other handling beyond that inspection may result in a proportionate, documented deduction. After receipt and inspection, any refund is issued to the original payment method; when the entire order is withdrawn, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded. Engraved items, clearly personalised items and goods made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal where this exclusion was clearly disclosed before purchase.
